What makes a city "motorcycle-friendly"? Perhaps it's dedicated parking options, law enforcement without bias against riders, or residents who tip their hats and offer a smile (or move over) as you ride by. Motorcycle-friendly cities often host big rides, have bars and restaurants for easy gatherings, and have a lot of repair shops ready to help out.
