Everything was ready when I picked up the bike. Brandon showed me how everything worked and got me on the road quickly. He even had the right cover for my iphone to attach to the Pan Am. Gave me a lot of good tips on where to go. I would highly recommend Brandon and the Pan Am

Having looked at traditional rental agencies and having some initial concerns regarding the Twisted Road platform, I can confirm that my experience borrowing the Pan AM from Brandon totally quashed these! The bike was a joy to ride and he thoroughly explained all features with patience and clarity. He was also extremely helpful when a travel issue arose for which I am extremely grateful. Definitely use if visiting the Dallas area!

This motorcycle will exceed your expectations, even if you’ve done your homework about it. Like no other Harley experience I’ve ever had. Finally, someone at HD embraced SOTA technology… maybe even innovated some, like back in the early days. On this bike, one day of riding is not enough. Can’t say I’m quite done yet with the Pan America. Ima fan. 😎💪

Literally ALL of my interactions with Twisted Road owner-renters have been great, but my experience with Brandon stands uniquely above the others. When it comes to bikes, he knows his stuff and is happy to talk about the technology and the ride. I learned a lot from him even before picking up the bike.
