Return clean and fueled (premium 91+). Trail dust OK; caked mud = cleaning fee. 6. Any drop, scrape, or mechanical concern gets a text the same day. 7. Helmet + gloves minimum. Jacket, boots, pants strongly recommended for off-pavement. 8. Valid M endorsement, 2+ years street experience, 25+ preferred.
