The whole rental experience was excellent. The bike was awesome. I rented this bike and my son rented another one so we could ride the Smoky Mountains on spring break. We booked last minute at night after hours. Both bikes were ready to go in the morning when we got there. The pick up and the return was seamless and the ride was awesome. Thanks for a great time and a memorable experience. We will definitely be back to rent again. Highly recommend.
