This Bike needs a new clutch which makes it gutless in the first three gears. Has a bad rattle at about 4000 RPM's my Daughter She had it one day and had to have it towed back to Vegas from saint George...

The Brother and sister team had only been working one week Didn't know what they were doing they admitted it was their first rental, and we needed to be patient It took three hours to pick up the bike. they rented This Kawasaki 400 to my daughter without verifying her. They never uploaded her license, didn't make an account with Twisted road and they still rented to her. Let her drive off with NO insurance even though I paid for the premium package.. Which I didn't find out until the following day. The Owners never gave her a run down of the bikes adjustments for comfort. like the break and clutch levers. They were adjusted all the way out for someone with big hands. She struggled for over two hundred miles before I road the bike for myself, it only took me a few minuets to figure out it had adjustments and they were totally wrong for her hands they should have fitted her for those, a must when riding. So just remember if your struggling to reach the levers there very well could be an adjustment. Oh well, chalk it up to experience. And I have to say although they messed up our whole trip they were very nice and really tried.

Very playful bike: as a beginner it was more responsive than what I was used (both clutch and throttle), but just right so enough to not be intimidating! Had a lot of fun with it on the coast and would definitely recommend!

Like last time, they are awesome! Thanks Nini and Freddie for an amazing day!
