Bike was very well maintained. Tire pressure was checked before I arrived, full tank of gas. Good brakes and plenty of power. Always curious about this bike and now I might need to buy one. Cruise control, heated grips, comfortable yet fast when you need it. Nimble at speed and smooth transmission.

Timothy has great customer service. He checked the air pressure on the tires and had the gas topped off for pick-up. He went over the many features of this bike before my ride, reached out to me proactively before pick-up to ask what kind of luggage I needed, and quickly replied to several questions I txt him before I picked up the bike. He was also very accommodating on pickup and drop off schedule which allowed me to enjoy the ride with the guys and not stress out about a stringent timeline.
