The motorcycle rode well and was comfortable. I had to find, clean, and mount the windshield and saddlebag in the owners carport. He was not present. The fuel light came on around 40 miles into the ride so it was definitely not full. The small front storage bag has a 2 inch hole in the top of it.

Trevor’s advertised address is 1624 Hutton Pl, Cumming Ga. I went to that address to pick up the motorcycle and no one was home. I contacted Trevor and he then told me the motorcycle is at his lake house 1085 Mockingbird Ln, Cumming Ga. I went to that address. The motorcycle was in the carport. As per our conversation, the saddlebag and windshield were not mounted. No one was home. I found the items in the carport. I had to clean the windshield which had so many bug marks on it that is was not safe. I mounted both items. About 40 miles into the ride the fuel light came on so it definitely was not full. The day of turn in was Memorial Day. I had not taken into account how bad the traffic would be on turn in day. I contacted Trevor 4 hours before turn in time and told him we were stuck in traffic and will probably be late. I gave him an estimated arrival time which he OKed. I ended up being 1 hour and 26 minutes late. Upon arrival for turn in no one appeared to be home again. Trevor then texted me and said to follow turn in procedures. He said he was down at the dock and didn’t want to walk up the hill to meet me. I did the turn in procedure and departed. Trevor told me everything was good. I departed and 20 minutes later Trevor texted me and said since I was late Twisted Road was going to charge me for another day of rental. He said he couldn’t prevent that from happening. Oddity is later he told me to Venmo him $50 and I wouldn’t be charged another day. At that point it was obvious he was lying. Trevor and I attempted to talk on the phone and when I brought up this oddity he hung up on me. Later Twisted Road contacted me and I gave them screenshots of Trevor and my texts. They gathered all the information, did not charge me another day, and were impressively professional. I would highly rate Twisted Road as a great company. I would definitely not recommend doing any sort of business with Trevor. I never did even see him.
