Wonderful! This was my first time renting through Twisted Road and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Garrett had everything we needed ready and waiting for us at pickup: the Heritage was beautiful and sounded as good as she looked! Nice and clean, full tank, and very well maintained. He also had a cover, kickstand coaster, etc. neatly packed in the saddle bags in case we needed. I'm only about 120lbs so I was a bit worried she'd be difficult to handle, but my nervousness disappeared as soon as I got on the road. She was smooth, handled beautifully, and I got so many compliments and double-takes everywhere we went.

Garrett was an absolute pleasure and took care of everything for us. We originally only booked for one day, but when I mentioned that I wanted to rent for longer, he handled getting it extended before we even got there. He made pickup and drop-off a breeze. He's a fantastic, easygoing host and we will definitely rent from him again next time!
