This K bike was especially comfortable when covering large distances, and with plenty of power on tap. However, it does have some maintenance issues that should be sorted - for example, the ASC/ABS system wasn't functioning for the duration of my rental (9 days/2k mi). I'd rent this model again.

Joe is a cool guy who was great to talk with. My issue was with his approach to maintenance, as my rental required a new tire on day 2 of a 9 day trip. This really interrupted our vacation plans and should have been take care of beforehand, along with a couple of other issues that were not stated before I arrived. He was helpful and let us keep our empty luggage with him while traveling!

Picked up the wrong bike by accident. But it was a great bike nonetheless.
