Ethan's Zero SR was the perfect bike for zipping around San Francisco. The top box is beyond useful and the instant torque is amazing. The bike feels much lighter than the specs say it is. It's nimble and confident.

Ethan was excellent. Gave a great breakdown of the ins and outs of EV bikes and was very helpful. I would definitely rent from Ethan again.

Very accommodating and responsive

The perfect bike for the hills of San Fransisco. It's quick, nimble and futuristic. The sound it makes while you're ripping through the twisty wooded roads is something every rider should experience. Ethan kept the bike very clean and everything was in perfect working order. I only had the Zero for a day, so I didn't need to charge it up but Ethan went over the process just in case and it seemed as easy as plugging in your phone.

Ethan was super friendly and easy to work with on the pick-up and drop-off. He gave me a few suggestions for roads to ride and places to visit for my short trip.

I enjoyed the features on Ethan bike. The top case and handlebar guards are a nice feature to have. Really easy motorcycle to ride.

Very timely response. I would have liked to receive the bike at full charge.
