I have a 2018 Ninja 400 with ABS, slip on exhaust, and adjustable levers. This is the champion of the small displacement sport bikes, going 0-60 in just over 4 seconds and top speed of ~114mph in the straights. It has enough power to be a ton of fun but without worrying that you'll accidentally pop a wheelie and flip yourself off. While true it won't keep up with bigger bikes in a line, it's more than capable in the twisties to hang right there with them (and in some cases be quicker with it's lighter weight and more agile handling). The seat does tilt you forward slightly, but it's not too aggressive and there's enough room for even 6'+ tall folks to be comfortable. This bike has something to offer for everyone, whether you're a seasoned veteran ready to carve the canyon, or a newbie looking to gain some experience. A phone mount and disc lock with reminder cable are included if desired.
