Bike was great, 0 issues! Road it all over Joshua Tree park and Yucca Valley.

The confusion was that my email rental reservation told me to go to a location that was 40 minutes in the opposite direction of where to pick it up. And even Google Maps took me to the wrong address. And then I paid to rent to 5pm the next day, however the shop told me they close at 4. I think there was some miscommunication between Twisted Road & the retail/rental shop. It would’ve been nice to not of lost 2 hours. Or if someone would’ve reached out to me to let me know the correct address as the shop had apparently moved locations.

My experience with Desert Moto was absolutely first class. The bike was great, well maintained, clean, and the team made sure I was familiar and comfortable with everything before I set off. If I do another ride in the Coachella Valley I will 100% return to Desert Moto.

What a fantastic experience. In the beginning, I had a little difficulty uploading some of my information into the app, and the customer customer service was outstanding and fast to get me sorted out. The people at Desert off-road in Palm Springs that supplied the bike were amazing and incredibly knowledgable of the area and motorcycle. One of the best days ever.

The people at Desert Moto rental were the best. Helped guide me and choose the right bike for my adventure. Incredibly nice and knowledgable of the area one of the best experiences ever.
