The owner claimed that I damaged the bike. I told the owner I did not damage the bike. Even from owner's own video recording it shows the bike gas tank has few marks before the rental. The owner told me it is ok and will keep me updated. The owner then just filed a damage claim and Twisted Road charged me $2000 without giving any evidence. This owner is a scam. Avoid!

Shrutika was kind, responsive and helpful. She asked if everything went smoothly when I dropped it off. The bike felt good with lots of power but tires weren’t in good shape, especially front. I didn’t have issues with my trip to Santa Cruz. It was a fun ride.

Shrutika was pretty responsive and did accommodate last minute changes to the booking date. The bike was nice however the front felt a little wobbly and wasn't too confidence inspiring. It was raining when I went to Alice's but the tyres weren't in very good shape either. There was some squeaking from the front disc but that seems to be a common complaint with the street twin anyway so wouldn't blame her for that. The bike felt great otherwise!
