This is the second time renting with Ozzie and it was great as usual. We noticed the front tire was potentially cupped and informed Ozzie, he found us a solution right away. He even offered that we exchange the 1250GS with one of his other bike. But what was even better is that: because I preferred the 1250GS (as I have the same bike at home), his mechanic had a new tire on the bike in about 1 hour and there was no delay to my day plans. He continued to go out of his way to make sure our rental experience was top tear. Recommend!
