I had a fantastic experience renting Marc's Concourse. The bike was super comfortable and capable of carrying me and my wife on an overnight trip up to Jerome and back. Marc was very prompt when responding to my inquiries. He was patient and thorough when telling me about the bike when I first picked it up. He switched the seats from one that he normally uses to one that was a little worn but was much more comfortable for my wife. He also offered us the use of his tank bag for storage in addition to the saddlebags. He was reassuring about our route in terms of being able to complete the trip in the time we had and was able to tell me what to expect along the route. He was a great person to rent from.

Awesome bike. The brakes and suspension had special settings. The handwarmers were very helpful as my hands started tightening up from the cold. It's maintained great. It handled smooth at high speeds. It felt super responsive on the throttle and handling on curves. It was somewhat louder than my past Goldwing yet much quieter than Harleys and race bikes on the road. Very fast. Do not use this if you don't have a discerning experienced throttle hand. It can take off without you. I loved the ride through Yarnell, Prescott, Gerome from Phoenix. The next day out to Parker by the river and back to Phoenix.

Marc is super. Very customer oriented. He took plenty of time to familiarize me with all the bikes details. Even some things twice, as I was a little slow. The bike was filled to the top with fuel. He offered to even further muffle the bike as I asked about how loud it was. I was 15 minutes early and he was prepared. He answered questions promptly even when I was on the road. He stored an additive in case non premium gas was used since it takes premium. One station in Wickenburg and one in Parker didn't have Premium gas. So we went to other stations. We still had a back up just in case. It felt like I had a partner at home caring about my transportation. It's much different than renting from a dealer.
